1、Review Unit One,Will people have robots?,Will people have robots?,一般将来时表示将要发生的动作或情况:,I will arrive tomorrow.我明天到.Will you be busy today?你今晚忙吗?,有时有表示将来时间的状语,有时没有时间状语,这时要从意思上 判断是否指未来的动作或情况:,Ill think it over.我想一想.Well only stay for two weeks.我们只待两个星期.,一般将来时,一般将来时由助动词shall或will加动词原形构成Shall用于第一人称,will用于

2、第二、三人称(现在很多说英语的国家,在陈述句中,即使第一人称一般也用will),Will people have robots?,表示将要发生的动作或情况,除了一般将来时外,还有一些其他结构和时态:,1)be going+不定式(表示打算、准备做的事或即将发生和肯定要发生的事):,How are you going to spend your holidays?假期你准备怎样过?I think it is going to snow.我看要下雪了.,2)现在进行时(表示按计划安排要发生的事):,Were having an English party tonight.我们今晚将有个英语晚会.H

3、ow are you going by boat or by train?你们怎么去,坐车去还是坐火车去?,但这只限于少量动词,如:go,come,leave,start,arrive,lunch,return,dine,work,sleep,stay,play,do,have,wear 等,Will people have robots?,相关知识:1.表示“存在”的句型 There be+主语+其他成分 eg:There is a book on the table.2.表示“将来存在”的句型 There will be+主语+其他成分 eg:There will be more peop

4、le in this city.3.表示“将来存在”的疑问句型,否定句型和简略回答 Will there be+主语+其他成分?Yes,there will./No,there wont.There will not+主语+其他成分.eg:Will there be rain?Yes,there will./No,there wont.There wont be rain soon.,Will people have robots?,词语对对碰,in vs after,相同点:这两个词后都可接时间,表示“在 以后”不同点:“in+一段时间”表示以现在为起点的将来一段时间以后,常与将来时连用.“

5、after+一段时间”表示以过去某一时间点开始的一段时间以后,常于一般过去时连用.当after后接某一时间点时,仍可用于将来时.,试做以下试题:Itll be finished _ five minutes.He rang you up _supper.Ill be free _ nine oclock.Its two oclock.Ill come _ an hour.,in,after,after,in,Will people have robots?,词语对对碰,can vs be able to,相同点:两者都表示能力不同点:can只有现在式和过去式.be able to可用于现在时、

6、过去时和将来时,但它没有进行时.表示经过努力而成功的某一次动作,只能用be able to.,试做以下试题:He _ drive a car.He _climb over the mountain before.,can,was able to,Will people have robots?,词语对对碰,fewer vs less,相同点:这两个词后都是比较级,均可表示“较少的”不同点:fewer是few的比较级,只能修饰可数名词的复数.less是little的比较级,只能修饰不可数名词的复数.,试做以下试题:I earn _ money than my sister.There are _

13、 country 爱上一个国家,注 fall 是“陷入”的意思.它与feel（感觉）很像。fall fell fallen feel felt felt,6.alone adj.（只作表语）adv.独自；单独 He was alone in the house 他一个人在屋里 I went to the movies alone，I felt lonely.我独自去看电影了，我觉得很孤独。,注 alone 表示“单独的，独自一人的”，不含感情色彩.做形容词时，只能在be动词或系动词之后做表语与lonely不同，lonely表示“孤独的，寂寞的”含有丰富的感情色彩.lonely做形容词时，可做定

14、语和表语。如:a lonely village 孤寂的村庄,7.keep vt.&vi.keep 有好几个意思，在本课中做“饲养；喂养”讲，相当于feed。keep a pet parrot 养一只宠物鹦鹉 feed a cat with fish 给猫喂鱼,keep:v.保持；维持；喂养1.keep+sb./sth.+形容词 使某人/某物The job kept them busy for a year.这项工作让他们忙碌了一年。2.keep+形容词 保持The man ran up and down to keep warm.这个人来来回回地跑着取暖。3.keep+sb./sth.doing 让某人/某物继续做某事She kept us waiting for her at the station for an hour.她让我们在车站等了一个小时。4.keep+doing 继续做，坚持做He kept running after her,trying to catch her.他不停地在追赶她，试图抓到她。,
