1、河南理工大学本科毕业设计宁夏煤业集团灵新煤矿2#井初步设计摘 要本设计是对宁夏灵新煤矿14#煤层所作的矿井初步设计。灵新煤矿自然地质条件稳定,14#煤层属特厚煤层,平均厚度7.55m。矿井瓦斯涌出量小,为低瓦斯矿井,煤尘具有爆炸危险性, 煤层具有自燃发火倾向,矿井涌水量较小。设计采用立井单水平上、下山式开拓,采区式准备,综合机械化放顶煤开采。主要对矿井开拓方式、准备方式和采煤方法进行了初步设计,对矿井运输、提升、通风、排水等生产系统进行了描述和设备选型计算。设计时根据现有经济技术条件,尽可能采用先进的开采技术和设备,对矿井提出了一些安全技术措施,并针对矿山污染提出了一些防治措施。关键词: 煤矿

10、frog development.ABSTRACTThis design work is the first step design in mineral well for the 14# coal layer in the Lingxin coal mine in Ningxia. Lingxin mine has a stable natural geology condition, and 14# coal layer belongs to thick coal seam especially, average thickness 7.55 m. The mineral gas gush
11、es quantity small, so it belongs to a low gas mineral well, and the coal dust has an explosion risk. The coal layer is inclined to causing fire, and the mineral well flows out a little water. The design adopts single level up to the well, a mountain type to expanding, an area type to preparing, and
12、synthesize mechanization to mine. This design is the first step for the expanding way, preparing way and exploring way. This paper also describes the well conveyance, promotes well ventilated, drains etc. and calculates the equipments. Adopt technique and equipments of mine according to the existing

14、ploring The coal seam becomes angry from the Ran Sign the well expand前言毕业设计是四年采矿工程专业学习的终结考核,也是这四年学习生活的一次深刻总结。在学校教学环节安排下,通过毕业实习较为全面的了解了矿井的各生产系统,使专业学习得于感性和理性的转化,以此为基础进行的毕业设计,是一次由工科学生向工程技术人员转变的考验,更是一次作为工科学生是否具备工程技术人员基本素质的考察。所以设计期间,严格执行教学大纲要求,以严谨的态度力求使设计完善、完美。本设计是以宁夏灵新煤矿为地质储量基础,根据赵忠明老师的具体要求进行设计的。矿井自然地质条
15、件中等,开采14煤层,设计煤层为14煤,平均厚度7.55m,属特厚煤层。开采煤层具有自燃发火倾向性,煤尘具有爆炸危险性,矿井瓦斯含量低,相对瓦斯涌出量为8m3/t,为低瓦斯矿井,矿井涌水量不大,正常涌水量180m3/h,最大涌水量230m3/h。井田边界有一条向斜构造,但未给本开采设计带来困难。通过毕业实习现场考察学习,在收集的资料基础上,按照毕业设计大纲和设计任务要求,广泛参考煤矿矿井开采设计的有关书籍、资料和网络信息,依据煤矿设计规范、煤矿安全规程等在原则上指导煤矿矿井初步设计的有关规定和煤矿工业设备选型的要求,对龙宁夏灵新煤矿14煤层进行了矿井初步设计。设计中所采用的矿井开拓方式、准备方

18、)公路终点古窑子6km,矿区铁路专用支线(大坝古窑子)全长70km,在大坝与包(头)兰(州)铁路接轨。公路、铁路交通较为方便。详见交通位置图1-1-1。图1-1-1交通位置图1.1.2地形地貌井田区域内地形起伏不大,略呈南高北低,周围高中间低之势,标高一般在海拔12901350m之间,相对高差达百米左右。最高点为井田西南五疙瘩山,标高+1409. 6m,最低在第四勘探线西天河两侧,标高+1282m,井田内沙丘广布,常见新月沙丘,四周多由各厚层沙体组成的高低残丘环绕,因此本地区属低缓丘陵地带。1.1.3气象本地区属典型的大陆性半湿润半干旱气候,雨季多集中在69月,具有冬寒长,夏暑短,雨雪稀少,气
19、候干燥,风大沙多,南寒北暖等特点。由于本地区平均海拔在1000米以上,所以夏季基本没有酷暑;1月平均气温在零下8oC以下,极端低温在零下22oC以下。本地区气候的最显著特征是:气温日差大,日照时间长,太阳辐射强,昼夜温差一般可达1215oC。国家地震烈度分级将本区定为XII度区。1.2井田地质特征1.2.1地层与主要构造矿区内地质条件简单,整体为一简单的向斜构造。磁窑堡向斜为本井田的主要构造,走向近南北,北窄南宽,两翼不对称。向斜轴展布于井田中部偏东、纵向为东翼陡,西翼缓,形似烟斗形,男宽北窄,在北边收敛。煤层沿走向有起伏,平均倾向104,倾角1117,平均倾角14。井田地表为第四系风积沙覆盖
20、,基岩只在局部有裸露,地层由老至新为奥陶系(O)、石炭系(C)、二迭系(P)、三迭系(T)、侏罗系(J)、白垩系(K)、第三系(R)、第四系(Q),主要含煤地层为侏罗系中下统延安组(J1-2y),岩性以砂岩为主,粉砂岩和泥岩次之,该组平均厚度355.6m,,共含煤37层,编号煤层共17层,主要可采煤层为6层(二、六、十三、 十四、十五、十六号煤),平均总厚度21.65m,含煤系数6.1%。 1.2.2主要可采煤层情况,煤层赋存条件主要可采煤层情况:主采煤层上组煤二号煤(目前己开采结束、六号煤,下组煤十四号煤、十五号煤、十六号煤。1、二煤:上距一煤层1015m,厚度变化较大,8线以南煤层厚度为
21、8.5m11m,一般含一层夹矸,夹矸厚度0.30.4m,矸石以下煤厚1m左 右, 8线以北煤厚3.5-8.5m,结构较复杂,一般含有23层含炭质粉砂质泥岩或泥岩夹矸。在45线附近,二煤受古河床冲刷变薄,含35层夹矸,矸石厚度达0.6m,煤质低劣,顶板疏松。顶板5线以北因古河床冲刷直接顶以砂岩为主,在西北、东南以细砂岩、粉砂岩为主,近中部以泥岩为主。二号煤老顶细砂岩,直接顶板为粉砂岩、细砂岩, 10勘探线南有泥岩,属中等稳定顶板。底板大部分为粉砂岩、细砂岩,夹薄层泥岩,属不稳定底板。2、六煤:上距二煤一般5060m,全井田稳定可采,结构简单,煤厚0.947.69m,平均2.4m,7线以北为2m以
22、下,局部在1.6米以下,以南稍变厚,由北向南,由浅而深煤层增厚。顶板以粉砂岩为主, 56线西缘多为中、粗砂岩;底板为中、细砂岩或粉砂岩。六号煤顶板大部分为粉砂岩,轴部附近为细砂岩,属不稳定顶板。底板大部分为粉砂岩、细砂岩,裂隙发育,属不稳定底板。3、十四煤:上距十三煤15m左右,煤层厚度稳定,全井田可采。顶板岩性5线以北以细砂岩为主, 底板为细砂岩、粉砂岩。煤层厚度2.22.9m靠近下部有一层夹矸,矸石以上煤厚为1.61.9m,矸石以下煤厚0.40.8m,矸石厚度为0.20.6m左右,煤层顶板有一层0.20.4m的含炭质泥岩伪顶,伪顶具有较多滑面,易脱落。9线以南煤层厚度2.7m左右,不含夹矸
