北京东四电信局综合楼吊顶工程根据设计要求分为：“T”型龙骨硅钙板吊顶、轻钢龙骨纸面石膏板吊顶、轻钢龙骨铝方板吊顶及铝合金格栅吊顶四种吊顶形式。“T”型龙骨硅钙板吊顶使用在办公区，面积约为：10198M2；轻钢龙骨纸面石膏板吊顶使用在公共走道，面积约为：3269M2；轻钢龙骨铝方板吊顶使用在卫生间、厨房间，面积约为：715M2；铝合金格栅吊顶使用在室外机平台，面积约为：854M2。3、 成品保护5.2施工技术措施5.2.1弹线：清除顶棚及周围障碍物，对于灯饰等承重固定支取点，应按设计要求做好，检查已安装好的通风、消防、电器线路及打压实验、保温、防腐是否完毕，然后按设计要求，根据房间+50CM水平线，用尺竖向量至顶棚设计标高，沿墙四周弹顶棚标高水平线，（其水平面偏差为+5MM），并根据罩面板的排版要求在墙上划好龙骨分档位置，主龙骨间距1200MM。5.2.2吊筋安装：根据已弹好的顶棚标高水平线及龙骨分档位置线后，确定吊杆下端的标高，按主龙骨位置和吊杆间距（1200MM），采用6膨胀螺栓L30×30×3角钢固定，吊筋两端距墙面不大于300MM，且必须做两遍防锈处理。如图（1）、（2）所示图（2） 吊杆构造示意图5.2.3龙骨安装A. 安装38主龙骨（石膏板吊顶、铝方板吊顶、硅钙板吊顶、铝格栅吊顶）：将38主龙骨用吊挂件连接在吊杆上，拧紧螺丝卡牢，端头螺纹外露长度不应小于3mm，如图（2）所示，主龙骨接长采用接插件连接。拉线调整标高和平直。起拱高度不小于房间短向跨度的1/200，并根据设计需要将检修口处附加大龙骨。B. 固定边龙骨（石膏板吊顶、铝方板吊顶、硅钙板吊顶、铝格栅吊顶）：沿墙四周吊顶标高线固定龙骨，间距小于400mm，轻钢龙骨采用木楔元钉固定，“L”型铝合金边龙骨采用射钉固定。与窗口交接处做窗帘盒处理，如图（3）所示。 图（3）窗帘盒节点C.安装付龙骨：（1）对于石膏板吊顶，中龙骨用中吊挂件紧靠固定在主龙骨下面。吊挂件上端搭在大龙骨上。“U”型腿用钳子插入主龙骨内，付龙骨间距为400mm。横撑龙骨与中龙骨垂直采用支托固定，其间距为1500mm，其构造如图（4）。图（4）轻钢龙骨吊顶构造图（2）对于明架龙骨装饰硅钙板吊顶，3M“T”型龙骨采用吊挂钩紧靠固定在主龙骨下面，其安装要注意小龙骨安装孔位的对称性，其构造如图（5）所示。图（5）“T”型龙骨吊顶构造图1、 主龙骨 2、主龙骨吊杆 3、主龙骨连接件 4、3000mm“T”型龙骨5、龙骨连接件 6、600mm“T”型横撑龙骨 7、装饰硅钙板（3）对于铝方板吊顶：FG2小龙骨采用吊挂钩固定在主龙骨下面。D.铝格栅安装（1） 安装时从一个墙角开始，将分片吊顶托起，高度略高于标高线，并临时固定该分片吊顶架，然后用尼龙线沿标高拉出交叉的吊顶平面基准线。（2） 根据基准线调平该吊顶分片，面积大于100M2时，使吊顶面有一定的起拱，起拱量一般在1.5:2000左右。（3） 将调平的吊顶分片先行固定，然后对分片间用连接件进行固定。（4） 进行整体调整a. 沿标高线拉出多条平行或垂直的基准线，根据基准线进行吊顶面的整体调整，并检查吊顶面的起拱量是否正确。b. 检查安装情况，以及布局情况，对于安装而产生的变形，进行修正。c. 检查各连接部位的固定件是否可靠，对一些受力集中的部位进行加固。（5） 格栅安装示意图5.2.4罩面板安装：龙骨安装完毕调整后，经甲方、监理验收合格（棚内安装工作全部完成并有会签单）方可安装饰面板。在安装过程中，每完成一道工序应及时进行检查，发现缺陷立即纠正，以保证吊顶牢固可靠，使其表面平整度接缝严密和平直的程序均满足规范要求。A. 纸面石膏板安装：a.石膏板安装应从吊顶的一端开始错缝安装，逐块排列，余量放在最后安装，石膏板与墙面应留6mm间隙，如图（4）所示。b.采用3.5mm*25mm自攻螺钉固定，固定时要求钉头嵌入石膏板约0.5-1mm，钉距边缘距离10-15mm为宜，钉距以150mm-170mm为宜，板间应留8-10mm的缝隙。B.装饰硅钙板安装：a.安装宜由吊顶中间向两边对称排列安装，墙面与吊顶接缝应交圈一致。b.安装硅钙板板时，手必须戴白手套，防止污染板饰面，安装时轻拿轻放，保护板面不受碰伤或刮伤。C.铝方板安装：a.安装时按弹好的板块安排布置线从一个方向开始依次安装。b.铝合金板在安装时应轻拿轻放，保护板面不受碰伤和刮伤。6、 质量保证措施6.1轻钢龙骨和罩面板的种类、规格和固定方法必须符合设计要求。6.2吊顶平整性的控制：a.基准点和标高尺寸要准确，用水柱法找其它标高点时，要将管内水柱面静止时正画线。b.吊顶面的水平控制线应尽量拉出通直线，线要拉直，最好采用尼龙线。c.对跨度较大的吊顶，应在中间位置加设标高控制点。d.注意吊点分布与固定，吊点分布要均匀，在一些龙骨的接口部位和重要部位应增加吊点。e.注意龙骨架的强度与刚度。龙骨的接头处，吊挂处都是受力的集中点，施工中应注意加固，应避免在龙骨上悬吊设备。f.安装铝合金方板不可生硬用力，并一边安装，一边检查平整度。6.3吊顶面与吊顶设备的关系处理：吊顶上设备主要有灯盘和灯槽，空调出风口，消防烟雾报警器和喷淋头等。这些设备与顶面的关系要处理得当，总的要求是不破坏吊顶结构，不破坏顶面的完整性与吊顶衔接平整。6.4罩面板应连接紧密，表面平整，不得有污染、折袭、缺楞掉角等缺陷。接缝应均匀一致，安装的罩面板不得有脱落之处。搁置的硅钙板不得有漏、透、翘角现场。6.5吊顶龙骨安装允许偏差和检验方法轻钢、铝合金龙骨安装允许偏差和检验方法项次项目允许偏差(mm)检验方法1表面平整3拉线尺量检查2缝格平整1拉线尺量检查3接缝高低差1直尺和塞尺检查4起拱高度1/200±10（短向跨度）5四周水平线±5以水平线为准尺量检查6.6吊顶罩面板安装的允许偏差和检验方法吊顶罩面板安装的允许偏差和检验方法项次项目允许偏差(mm)检验方法石膏板硅钙板铝方板1表面平整322用2M靠尺和楔形塞尺检查、观感平整2接缝平直33<1.5拉5M线检查，不足5M拉通线检查3接缝高低111用直尺和楔形塞尺检查7、 成品保护1、 罩面板不得受水淋，并注意防潮。2、 安装好的轻钢龙骨上不得上人踏踩，其它工种的吊挂件或重物严禁吊于轻钢龙骨上。3、 棚施工过程中，应注意保护顶棚内装好的各种管线；轻钢龙骨的吊杆及龙骨严禁固定在通风管道及其它设备上。4、 吊顶罩面板安装完毕后，不得随意剔凿，如果需要安装设备，应用电钻打眼，严禁开大洞。5、 罩面板附近不得进行电气焊，板面严禁撞击，防止损伤。6、 吊顶内的水管，未安装罩面板之前应试水完毕，以防漏水污损吊顶。7、 安装灯具和通风罩等，不得损坏和污染吊顶。8、 吊顶安装完成，后续工程作业时应采取保护措施以防污染。8、安全措施l.进人现场必须戴安全帽。严禁穿拖鞋、高跟鞋或光脚迸人施工现场。现场禁止吸烟，严禁酒后作业。2.现场使用的人字梯，必须做防滑处理（脚上用防滑垫包裹）禁止同时有两人及其以上在人字梯上施工。3.施工过程中，上下传递材料或工具时不得抛掷。4.电焊机必须有防护措施，焊接时必须开动火证，并做动“三有”即有看火人、灭火器、水。5.用电采用三级保护，定期检验漏电保护器，非机电人员不得擅自动用机电设备。6.切割机、冲击钻、射钉枪、自攻螺丝枪必须按规程操作，所使用的移动式手提电箱必须有漏电保护开关。9、文明施工1.当日施工未用完的龙骨和罩面板，必须码放到库房，统一保管。2.施工现场所产生的垃圾，纸箱等要及时收集，存放在指定地点，统一清运。3.坚持推行贯彻执行“工完场清”和“一日一清”的管理标准，树立文明施工形象。Employment
